Card Payments: To maintain the value of what we recognise are luxury services, since 2021 we’ve absorbed rising costs + inflation without increasing your prices. As of May 2024, Aus merchant policies allow an automatic oncharge of 1.6-2% fee for card payments, which partially covers the fees we incur. By notifying you in advance, you can opt out of this surcharge by using another payment method. We continue to accept cash with no surcharge and are prepared to provide change as needed.

Please remove eye make-up prior so we can maximise your appointment time. For best results avoid eye make-up altogether on appointment day.

Internal Location: We are located inside The Walcott Centre arcade which means our Shop Front is not immediately visible from the main road.
Free Customer Parking at the rear of The Walcott Centre is accessed via Redfern or Blake Street. Please ignore the signs specifying a 30 min limit before 6pm. On arrival, we will whitelist the car registration of the Lash clients who will exceed this limit. There is plenty of parking for all of our clients.
From the Rear Carpark, you will then enter The Walcott Centre via the back entrance leading off the carpark. Within the arcade, Tan Lash & Beauty salon is the second premises on the left after HeadRock Hair, directly opposite Aura’s Kitchen.
From the Front, If you are not parking at the rear and arrive on foot, via public transport or Uber drop-off – you will arrive at the front side of The Walcott Centre – at 265 Walcott Street. When facing the complex, the entrance to the internal arcade is directly in the middle between Cariola Cafe on the left and Zambelli Pizza on the right. Within the arcade you will find Tan Lash & Beauty on your right, straight after Zambelli’s.
‘Old Location Pre-2017’ –.If you have been absent since before we moved into The Walcott Centre, please take careful note of our new location inside The Walcott Centre and not in the shared space we were in pre 2017 on the opposite corner of Blake St.

Our West Perth salon is on Plaistowe Mews, attached to the outside of City West Centre but accessed from the street outside. When facing the City West / Scitech entrance on Plaistowe, Tan Lash & Beauty is to the right hand side in between Folklore Cafe and Perth Barber Shop.
The Free Customer Parking to which our customers are entitled is underneath City West, accessed via the main road on Railway St. Once you have parked simply enter your car rego at the ticket station, then proceed up the elevators and outside to Plaistowe Mews where you will find us second left when coming from inside the centre.
Alternatively there is parallel parking on Plaistowe Mews which is free after 6pm. We recommend this for short spray tans and all evening appointments as it is right at the door of the salon.

Our partner salon is located at Carousel Village Complex (not Westfield Carousel) on the corner of Cecil Avenue & Lake Street.
Shop 17 faces an Easterly direction down Cecil Avenue, towards Sevenoaks Street. Access is via the door to RichLook Barber Shop then once you enter the door to the salon is immediately on the right.
