- Please Reply ‘Y’: Please remember to SMS a ‘Y’ in response to the appointment day confirmation so it accurately confirms your attendance today.
- Confirmed Time: The time contained in your confirmation SMS on appointment day is our most recent record. In the case of a slight discrepancy please default to this wherever possible.
- Lash Clients: For best results, avoid eye make-up altogether on your appointment day. If it is unavoidable, please remove eye make-up prior to attending so we can maximise your appointment time.
- Hair Styling & Make-Up Clients: Please attend with clean, dry hair.

City West Salon
Shop 13 City West / Plaistowe Mews, West Perth WA 6005
- Our City West Perth salon is physically located on Plaistowe Mews. It is attached to but outside the City West Centre in which Scitech is also located. (As part of the centre, we have an official street address which does not match our physical location which is why we have not referenced it here)
- If you are on Plaistowe Mews facing the City West Centre main entrance, we are to the right of the entrance. From the footpath to the right you will see us on your left hand side after Folklore Cafe and before Perth Barber Shop.
- Free Customer Parking is available. The car park is accessed from the main adjoining road – Railway Street and takes you underneath City West.
After parking, enter your vehicle registration at the ticket station, then take the elevators up into the centre , turn left and head straight towards the main entrance. Exiting left onto Plaistowe Mews you will find us just past Folklore Cafe on the corner. Your free parking defaults to two hours. We can manually extend this until midnight should you wish to stay in the area longer. - There is also parallel street parking on Plaistowe Mews directly at the salon door which is free after 5.30pm. We recommend this option for short spray tans and all evening appointments.

North Perth Salon Clients
Shop 4/265 Walcott Street, North Perth WA 6006
- Our North Perth salon is located inside The Walcott Centre arcade. Therefore the shopfront is not visible from Walcott Street.
- Free customer parking is available at the rear of The Walcott Centre and is accessed via Redfern Street or Blake Street.
Please ignore the 30-minute parking signs before 6pm. Lash client registrations are whitelisted on arrival if your appointment exceeds this time. There is ample parking for all clients. - From the rear car park, enter The Walcott Centre via the back entrance off the car park.
Inside the arcade, Tan Lash & Beauty is the second premises on the left after HeadRock Hair, directly opposite Aura’s Kitchen. - From the front, if arriving on foot, via public transport, or by Uber, enter The Walcott Centre at 265 Walcott Street.
When facing the complex, the arcade entrance is in the centre, between Cariola Cafe on the left and Zambelli Pizza on the right. Inside the arcade, Tan Lash & Beauty is on your right, immediately after Zambelli Pizza. - If you have not visited since before 2017, please note that we are now located inside The Walcott Centre arcade, not in our pre-2017 location on the opposite corner of Blake Street.
