What are Lash Extension Refills?
After the careful application of your initial set of eyelash extensions, your extensions will slowly start to shed along with your natural lashes as they do in a regular Lash Cycle.
How long before I will need Refills?
Just like the hair on our head, we all have different natural lash cycles, not only from each other but even within ourselves as our lives and environments change over time
Speaking very generally, if all other factors (application, aftercare, health, age, products, weather etc) remain constant – if the average person has a full set of eyelash extensions applied, looks after them but allows them to slowly fall out naturally without Refills – they could expect up to 4-6 weeks to lose them entirely.
We usually see people who maintain their lashes over time for a shorter Refill appointment 2-3 weeks after their initial set. Having typically lost 40%-50% of the full set in 2-3 weeks, the refill appointment is enough time to clean up and refill these right back up to what will feel like a brand new set.
Aftercare, Lash Retention & Refills
Following the aftercare steps closely can as much as double the amount of time a clients can get before needing to come back or refills. We will give you this information at your appointment or you can check out the ‘Eyelash Extensions’ section for more on the fundamentals.
After some weeks the individual can choose to return for a shorter refill appointment to keep their extensions maintained and return them to the condition of a full set once again. Or they can allow them to continue to shed naturally for a couple more weeks until they are all gone.
Can We Refill Lashes Done Elsewhere
Yes! While this has not always been the case, as of Late 2026 we are pleased to be able to accommodate clients whom have an existing set in place which was applied elsewhere. In the Lash Industry we refere to these as “Foreign Fills” and you can read more about our ⬆️Foreign Fill policy here.
What Are Touch-Up Appointments in the Refill Category?
Introduced by popular demand, our express Touch-Up appointments are short bookings when a client does not have time or need a complete 2 or 3 Week Refill. They can adds coverage and volume or fix up a gap between standard appointments or before special events.
These appointments are strictly times, so regardless of your lash coverage, we will do as much as we can in the 15 or 30 mins allocated. These appointments are not substitutes for regular refills and typically, a client would not book 2 or more touch up appointments in a row with-out having a regular Refill appointment in between.We encourage clients to book the regular appointment whenever they have the time as they are much more cost effective.
15 Minute Touch Ups are suitable for Classic Style Lashes where as Hybrid Styles & Above require 30 Minute Touch Ups.
